I actually really like those Chaos warriors… while they might be a cross of old edition chaos warriors and marauders" they capture what I like most about each of those. To me they capture the spirit of what Chaos is in a better way than the current GW miniatures. They are full of a certain character that I thinks been lacking from the Chaos miniatures for some time. I used to have a Chaos Warrior army back in the day, but don’t currently. To me any miniatures that make me consider building a new army are good ones, like these.
Dwarf Berzerker legs plus these torsos could make for some interesting CDs.
Polls not withstanding, from a sales perspective it’s fairly obvious that Chaos type miniatures has a much larger potential market than Chaotic Dwarfs.
I am extremely tempted to get the great weapon ones… But I’ll try and force myself to wait. I have far too many things already to paint and sculpt this year and also I want to see when he plans to release Apoc (Pestilence) warcast, presuming he actually does.
