Hello, Just was thinking of a potential conversion to make a current version of Astragoth and I’m having a hard time coming up with anything too promising. So I was just looking for some suggestions and maybe images and or bits to base the conversion off of if any one has ideas? So far I was thinking of… 1. FW Daemonsmith
2. Possible ork in mega armor lower legs
3. Arms (power fists and claws) from Chaos Raptors
4. Then a thunder hammer mod of sorts
5. Banner poles? Anyone else got ideas or suggestions?

Sounds pretty cool I like it so far, but the model is gonna cost you some 50 dollars or so, if thats not a problem I say go for it.

here's a cheap starting point for you http://www.ebay.com/itm/Chaos-Dwarf-Astragoth-METAL-RARE-OOP-Incomplete-Body-Only-Warhammer-WFB-/221133994537?pt=Games_US&hash=item337c9cfa29RichardC1967 Richard thanks for the link!
I honestly was thinking of building the converted model so that it would occupy a 40mm base, kinda like a regiment center piece figure. A massive twisted metal mechanized Daemonsmith... a 2012 Astragoth with a twist.
And I'll definitely post whatever I come up with.

There are some Mage Knight golems that have metal legs that look very similar to the old one. It wouldn’t be too hard to recreate him with them. Cheap, too.
