Proof, were it needed, that taste is not so much subjective as it is completely nonsensical. I’m not massively sold on the Bale Taurus, but saying the Scibor monstrosity even compares to it is utterly laughable. At least the WF one is sculpted.

Welcome back, Thommy - glad to see you are back in shape :DI never left! Seriously though, that was a bit harsh - I'll confess to being slightly drunk when I posted it. The point is that it's leagues ahead of Scibor's static, disjointed-winged thing with its press-moulded armour. I think the Bale Taurus looks goofy but there's a good sculpt underneath it all.

I’m finding that the more I look at it, the more I like it. That said, this may be a case of Forgeworld picture syndrome. Many of their items look passable until they are in the “flesh” - the 2d angles of pictures simply may not be doing it justice.
Anyone think they know how large it is in comparison to, say, the new Ogre beast? {It’s the only monster I can think of offhand that is quite as… solid as the Taurus}.

There was talk of a special character unridden one. That would mean this bale taurus would be the unridden one, also the ridden one plus Cinderbreath???

The body looks about the same size as the Thunderhorn's (I fought the new Ogre beasties on Wednesday so I've seen it up close). Its BIG.
