Black_Fortress_Immortal:

Hello.  Started up some Vampires/“Soulblight” for AoS.  Some simple dragon blades (high elf) painted in grimdark frostbitten and bleak color scheme.  Vampire Lord from a Dark Elf chariot rider, hobby chain, wood elf wild-rider helm.
Used crackle paint and washes for the ice bases.

Those bases have blown me away, these guys all look really dark and atmospheric, suits the Vamps really well :hat off

GW's Citadel "Blood for the Blood God" Technical paint. I like their technical line, but prefer Vallejo texture all around.

Thanks. Time to work on getting my son (WoC) to get me some for Xmas. Should be possible its got the word blood in it and he knows he will borrow it.

Thaaank you. My favorite style is a limited palette with stark highlight/contrast. More of a grim/realistic type approach. I'm not a fan of the bright comical look.
