Red Skullz:
Hot on the heels of my previous update, heres more Bull Centaur goodness:

I only covered the saddle part with armour as it fitted showing the cloth underneath. Other than that I
ve done the same detailing as on the chaos dwarf blockers and I think it works really well!
As far as hobgoblins go I have mock-up version 6 on the go, hope I can show some pics of that tomorrow

Hazkar:
your bc´s look pretty nasty
i also like the hobbo of your team
and your gobbo team is pretty cool
lots of cool stuff
keep up the great work
Red Skullz:
Thanks mate!
No hobbo here yet
Will do
R
Hazkar:
Quick update!
Red Skullz
so the second guy from the right is no hobbo?
Red Skullz:
No as you can see here hes all mustached and eyebrowed up:

It won
t come properly together before Ive painted him so it
s understandable that it can seem like a hobgoblin
R
Hazkar:
okayâŚmy fault
what team colors will you use?classic red gold/bronze or something more unique?
Red Skullz:
Well my two main teams are red & white (orcs) and white & red (goblins) (see page 2), so to keep the red theme (lucky colour, as important as lucky dice) Im thinking red and a dark contrast colour. I
m working on the side with a list on the colours I want to use. Hope I can paint up a tester closer to the weekend.
R
Loki:
Awesome work Red Skullz, the bull centaurs look great and those hobgoblins are ace, this is going to be a great looking team when its finished keep this stuff coming
Red Skullz:
Thanks mate and thanks for the confidence
I`ll try!
R
Red Skullz:
The major bulk of the detailing done:
Still some minor stuff to do but havent the time right now, I
m gluing up the 4 next hobgoblins so I can greenstuff them the next few days
R
Loki:
Super cool we need a pic of him next to one of the cd blockers so we can see the size difference now
Loki:
Thanks I think that he has worked out the perfect size for a hob goblin, once again great work
Red Skullz:
No probs, thanks to you mate
I agree, even if its biased, lol! But it
s the right slenderness while still retaining some of that blunt greenskin vibe. Something I personally don`t think the classic ones did. Anyhoo, progress on the team is good, maybe I can whip up some WiPs this evening
R
Hazkar:
youre hobbo looks good, really like the mongolian look
and like i said i really love the cd with the gobbo head, the pose is cool,he has lot of character
cant wait to see your finished team
Red Skullz:
Thanks
He does, contemplating on using him as the testfig for colour scheme.
R
joliver:
They look great. Good to see a reli dynamically posed BB model. Really looking forward to seeing some painted ones!
Red Skullz:
Thanks
Well you guys don`t have to wait long for that
R
Red Skullz:
Morning!
Heres a PiP of the first blocker:

The colour scheme works rather well even if I dislike black as a colour since I find it difficult to highlight. Should work well with variations on the different players as well so I
m happy so far with things.
