So If i play the castellan 105pts I can make him bsb for only 25 pts more so 130pts
Now I can give to him ANY banner from CD and magic items of any cost, right?
Can I give him after a great weapon/fireglaive too? Or eventual shield + basic weapon? Will he still use his weapons normally and get the benefit of the banner, right?
When I played skaven back in 6th never used a BSB
Does BSB still gives the extra +1 to combat resolution? Or does he do something extra?

Get a rulebook. They cost next to nothing used.
BSB can have a) magic banner no point limit OR b) other magic gear up to 75 pts.
BSB can have any mundane equipment upgrades. He can carry a big two handed axe and a banner at the same time.
BSB gives +1 combat result and re-roll all failed LD test within 12".
If killed he is worth his point cost + 100 pts extra in victory points.
