Our Bull centaurs are bit beter.Because the will attack first.

When we start with the upgrades a Bull Centaur need 2 pts more

to take additional hand weapons and 2 pts more for great weapon.

Take 4 Bull Centaurs (great weapon) 200 pts VS 3 Dragon Ogres (great weapon) 204 pts

4 Bull Centaurs : WS 4 / S 4 / T 5 / I 3 / AS 3+

12 Wounds

8 Attacks

3 Dragon Ogres :  WS 4 / S 5 / T 4 / I 2 / AS 4+

12 Wounds

9 Attacks

Here are the Dragon Ogres 1 attack beter.

But this 1 attack extra will not hold me to charge the Dragon Ogres with my Bull centaurs :).

Our Bull Centaurs are not that bad :cheers.

Math-hammer says Bull Centaurs with Hand Weapon & Shield beat up on Dragon Ogres with hand weapons but Dragon Ogres win as soon as they are equipped with anything.

I’m quite surprised how well our BC are doing. Thanks for your efforts horley.
One little mistake happened: BC are not coming with shields as basic equipment… so no PS.

But that makes me think about the options again… GWs are so expensive, especially for just 2 attacks.

The thing is (in my humble experience) that _because_ the only have 2 attacks you want them to wound if the hit, and that's not something you will achieve with S4.
