I was thinkin about makin a bull taurus from a toy cow or something and some wings from a heroscape dragon i dont use anymore. any ideas for a rider or a cheaper taurus??

First of all - what’s a bull taurus? There is a Taurus in the army list, and there are bull centaurs. If you mean the Taurus, some ppl in here have tried to use a toy cow (that includes me) but eventually they always turn out to be much too docile, so they’re no good for this ferocious monster. Now if you were to use a bull-shaped toy monster for your conversion, that would be something different!

The Great Taurus was sometimes referred to as a Bull Taurus during 4th/5th Edition. And I agree with Ishkur - unless you can find a toy bull that’s supposed to be killing people or something, it’s going to look too docile.

well any toy bull would be cheeper!! but for a rider look for any warhammer riding figure if human size it need to be scaled down to dwarf size
there are some cool taurus here just look in the converion section here!

Take a plastic Dwarf body, hack it off at the waist, cut the legs section in half, then reattatch in ‘riding’ splayed pose with GS?

I think you’d have to re-sculpt the pose of the bull by cutting him up and re-glueing him. Just be carefull that the toy isn’t a poly-vynil that you can’t glue back together!
