I just received this miniature ( there is also the naked version :p) and it fits perfect with the fw range. I could put her on top of a standard in the hand of an ogre slave as unit filler for hobgoblins

That wheel and victim looks like they were made for Chaos. It could do with more metal for Chaos Dwarfs, though. One thing one could do with that would be to mount two such wheels on an actual vehicles of some sort, as a brutal way of torture and killing.
But it would be odd to have two human women on such a war machine, so one could be exchanged for an Orc or man. So long as it's a creature tall enough to hit its head and hands into the ground as the wheel rolls.
