Is there a clear answer to how often it can be used?
English isn’t my mother tongue, so maybe I’m missunderstanding something.
But its rules don’t contain the magic words “one use only” that you can find in other item descriptions, like the dispell scroll.
Please help me out!

Hey there,It is once per magic phase and per Faq it can be used at any point during the magic phase even between the casting and dispel attempt. So you can throw the last of your dice at casting a spell and before your opponent can dispel attempt it you can reduce their dispel pool by D3 while you have no dice to lose.

So, following what gashnag said (“It is once per magic phase”), in a game with 6 turns I’m allowed to use the chalice up to 12 times, right? (6x in enemies magic phase and 6x in my own)
Wow, that’s damn powerful.
however, I will not use it between the casting roll and the dispell attempt.
Just to ensure that my friends stay my friends.
It’s funny, that the desciption says “on a roll of double six you regain a wound” although you should have rolled two D3 actually. But to be honest, I don’t know anyone who uses a real D3. Everyone is taking a D6 for that rolls, so that this rule can apply finally.
