The only thing i would change is giving the Bull Centaurs Extra Hand Weapons over Great Weapons (i like quantity over quality in terms of attack numbers). Likewise, i would forgo the shields on them.

I think if you're not using Great weapons then Bull Centaurs are better off used with shields as an anvil unit. A couple of extra strength 4 attacks are unlikely to make the difference, but a 2+ 6++ make them even tougher than they are already. The only way I've had Bull Centaurs kill things is with great weapons.
horlely, Although I quite like your character setups and your specials (i would also advise dropping shields on the Bull Centaurs), I don't like your core. It seems very sub optimal and I think you can't be doing that with Chaos Dwarfs in ETC.
Firstly I would not bunker your Daemonsmith in the Blunderbusses. It's very expensive and your Daemonsmith will be safe guarding the warmachines on his own. They don't generally need much protection hey can hold heir own agains skirmishers.
With that in mind, I would change your core to 29 Infernal Guard with Blunderbusses and add your BSB. This unit is very tough and can severely ruin units which you can then finish off in combat. Give them the Razor standard for extra killing power or the Banner of Eternal Flame fr good synergy with the Lore of Hashut.
Maybe the Wailing Banner is also a option.
This banner and the 29 IG + Blunderbusses + Fullcommand = 604 pts.

Seems a bit of a waste to use the wailing banner when the Castellan is already causing fear. Maybe there's a better way of doing it using the Mask of Eee! for half the points?
I know :).
Its not posible to have a horde blunderbusses with the ETC rules :).

ETC rules are really annoying, however you can make a unit of 23 (24 if you drop the Musician & Deathmask) Blunderbusses with full command for under 450 points. Should just about be enough if you don't take many casualties.
You could even have three of these units by their restrictions if you like!
