[Archive] Chaos Dwarf Juggernaut & Chaos Dwarfs

Zanko:

While browsing the net, I found some new stuff at Macrocosm.  (I am not sure if this has already been posted…)

Among other things a Dark Dwarves Dark Tower, which reminds me extremely of the old Juggernaut from Citadel.

tjub:

Cool, that looks perfect!

Willmark:

Agreed that?Ts a faithful reproduction for sure.

Enjoysrandom:

If you are looking for one of these dark towers I think Pyro Stick has one for sale.

I personally own an original juggernaut of the 3rd edition! ;) But I didn't know that Pyro offered a replica or a self-creation.

HPN:

Model seems very nice! Maybe a bit on the expensive side, but for truth a fraction of looking for an original juggernaut on eBay.

I just sold my one last week. I backed it on their Kickstarter but it didn't turn out how I expected from the silhouette they showed during the campaign. I expected something like sjoerdo did with the ass cannon, different but looks pretty much the same. The scale just seemed way too big for me and the cannons look oddly small. The iconography and style of it just seemed way too dwarfish as well and not chaotic enough.

It's a cool piece for some but it doesn't really fit in with the old 3rd edition warmachines.

The only reason I never made a Juggernaut is because I own an original :)

I forgot the name, but one member made some really good replica boar centaurs. Might go well with this macrocosm behemoth...

Zanko:

It’s a pity, but as Pryo has already explained, the juggernaut of Macrocosm is clearly too big compared to the 3rd edition juggernaut.

Although I like the style of it. :hat off

The Boar Centuar Pusher is by the way from Atom Taylor.

HPN:

Oh ok, that thing is huge. The price tag seems more appropriate now!

Woah, thanks for the info!

cornixt:

Looks like something that a FW BC Render would have to push

Ghrask Dragh:

Wow, I have an old dragon ogre that would look great pushing that, I like the size of it looks like a good 3-4 minis would fit in the top but Pyros right would definitely need to sculpt some more Chaotic iconography

Abecedar:

Now the Dragon Ogre idea is good. I’m about to use mine as KoW grotesques. (Not my idea)

Uther the unhinged:

Dragon ogre would look good but what a waste. Get a team of slave ogres and a slave driver with a big cat o 9 tails. Pity I don?Tt have any ,or the juggernaut, hey ho I wonder if my wife?Ts dome my christmas present yet.

Willmark:

Thirded a dragon ogre would work for size, might be bit odd considering the fluff.

Ghrask Dragh:

Ah, this would be Marauder fluff, no Hashut there just Monsters and Wizards and Chaos
