[Archive] Chaos Dwarves in Unseen Lerker 8

Mr Saturday:

I’ve just gotten my copy of Unseen Lerker 8. There seems to be a fairly strong chaos dwarf flavour this issue. I’ve only thumbed through it, but there’s a CD v skaven battle report, and a chaos dwarf article by Garagehammer’s Chris Barnette. Looking forward to settling down to read this issue…

Da Crusha:

dang Im jealous, I wish I would have bought that subscription rather than Tales of battle.

Mr Saturday:

I have to say, UL is coming out on top for me.

Da Crusha:

yeah plus tales of battle magazines rarely come out and I heard they’re going under

Mr Saturday:

They’re certainly behind on the release schedule.

clam:

:frowning: haven’t got mine yet

- but will be looking even more forward getting it now, that I know what’s inside, thanks

G.2:

I heard about ‘Unseen Lerker’ through one of the Podcasts that I listen to. I wanted to start subscribing to this mag, but I don’t have the funds for more wargaming stuff. I have to put a bit of a hold on my purchases recently.

This thread is certainly making me think about getting a subscription to this magazine. So thanks for sharing.

Mr Saturday:

Wee sample of issue 8 here: http://unseenlerker.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/Unseen-Lerker-8-Preview.pdf

Da Crusha:

thanks alot for posting that preview mr. saturday. the articles were pretty cool.

*note to self. stop buying so many models and game more often.

My mag was in the post today. Awesome quality, great seeing Chaos Dwarfs plugged for a change - and a rather nice surprise seeing Ubertechie’s fantastic looking army doing service again. Could have been a few more pictures of them, though.
