Hello there!

I was thinking to a possible conversion, a daemonsmith, and I was specially looking to the official weapon made by Forgeworld.

Then, I remember that in the rules, the daemonsmith have an ensorcelled hand weapon instead of a dark forged weapon like Sorcerer-Prophets. BUT, in the darkforged weapon description, it says that it’s the daemonsmith’s weapon. And the ensorcelled weapon is not really a magic weapon for sorcerer because of the parry save.

So I was wondering if it wasn’t a mistake? Do you think it’s normal?

It is in the Faq that a Daemon smith has an Enscrolled weapon(+1 str and magical attacks) while only a Sorcerer-Prophet has the Dark forged weapon (magical attacks w/ random effects)
