I have a friend, he’s a tank commander in the danish armed forces - and a warhammer player. Despite being collecting Eldar, he has the imperial two headed eagle tattoed on his chest. He also have a sword with him in the tank. Always.

However i can relate to you and your friend since my brother is also a tanker that plays elder but he is in the US military and doesn’t have a sword yet.
