Very important is what i brought up in other thread. It is not written that you have to center large template on marker your shooting with. This means, depending on ur gaming enviroment clarifications, that u can place template anywhere on the marker as long as its wholy covered, and marker landed on enemy model.
Other note is that rocket CAN’T fire indirectly, as marker has to be in the line of sight, that has bearing as lots of tournaments dont use real line of sight in favour of VLoS or SLoS.

LOL I actually vote that not very important and no one is ever going to try to pull that. No tournament organizer will allow it and no person would play someone twice if they did.

Which one are u referring to, “noncentering” or “los requirenment”, both are quite important, well 1st one less but FW didnt rly reply to my email , 1st is cos you cant shoot to hidden units.

I don’t come up to an unexpecting opponents with revealing rules interpretations while we play 3rd battle on the tourney when everyones is tired to move a template by 2 inches in more convenient direction. I bring up topics on forums hoping for pros and cons, ones with page references are most welcome.
I actually apreciated your reference to charge rules in other thread, it was helpfull.
Broblem is that noone can tell me anything other than
-“You have to center a template”
-Why?
-“Because you have to"
There was not one person i found who could tell me where it is written that templates covering markers must be centered on them.
BTW i assumed you noticed how easy is to lose 5” template on deathrocket, if only marker scatters 0,1 mm away from any model it changesto 3". Also it never has double strenght and template, and single shots have 50% chances or so of hitting new monsters on 100 by 150 mm but against older ones with old bases chances are closer to 20% ( aka dragons gruphons pegasi hydras abominations)
So no its not that powerfull to move S3 template more precise when it hits with most top armies being a t4 or high AS.
