I managed to get a list of parts used:
cannon:
-empire cannon kit (used most of it)
-corpse cart bits (again, used most of the bits for the actual cart)
-horsemen shield
-knight/horsemen standard icon
dwarves:
-common goblin legs
-empire gunner torsos (being as i had them spare)
-horsemen arms
-warrior gloves
-warrior heads, top knots, spikes and skulls
-gor pony tails (only the ones that looked platted)
and then various different weapons.
my plastic hell cannon does actually work out cheaper too it’s 27 quid for the cart and cannon kits and 35 for the hellcannon.

I like it!
It looks a lot more ramshackle, more barbarous than the normal Hellcannon. Like the sort of thing that might have been built “on campaign” during the Storm of Chaos, rather than in the forges of Zharr Naggrund.
The style of the barrel (and the use of the Empire Cannon) remind me of my old Ironskin Ogre Scraplauncher/Hellcannon.
