Something I’ve just discovered. It seems that traditionally blunderbusses had a dragon’s head around the muzzle.

Selfmade blunderbusses are still used today by Brazilian poachers. No fancy stuff around the muzzles though, just a rough and simple design.

Yea most of the Prigrims weapons where show as Blunderbuss in the Town of Plymouth!!1623
they all had the dragon look
