With no official book as yet for the army, do any of you use the standard Dwarf army list at Tournaments etc but use Chaos minis in place of them ie Blunderbusses for Thunderers?

Hi beast quite a few of us have to use counts as with a normal dwarf list or there are other ideas to use CD as:hat
There is quite a bit of discussion on which is the best list to use

I have used dwarf lists at grand tournaments twice now, they are fine with it. Blunderbusses as thunderers, hammerers as immortals etc.
