Ok, so I’ve got some more stuff here. First is the bsb, he is done (as far as I can tell, other than the base). Then I have my Skullcrushers which after what Grimstonefire said, I realized they needed something else, they just looked too much like flat colours. The first one is what I think I’m going to go with, the second one is actually something horrible I did before I came up with the one in the first picture. I thought adding gold looked good, but then I did too much, and it lost that dark dirty Nurgle feeling I wanted, it just seems too bright and happy now. Add it to the strip-and-repaint pile LOL. Then just a shot of my new Nurgle sorcerer conversion.
It’s less of an actual banner than it is just a big chunk of rotting flesh and stuff, yeah lol. I might try and do some actual banner painting in my army somewhere, but I’ve never tried freehand or anything, and I’m not good with cloth, so I’m still debating it lol
Ok, so I’m like 95% finished my unit of ogres (Nurgle themed, obviously), and I have some WIP pics of my Nurgle bloodletters. They are still in the early stages so they will look better. I have a Nurgle daemonette project I’m working on which is proving to be the most work I’ve done converting thus far, so I’m not showing pics until they are ready to be painted, but I’m pretty excited about them :P. Anyways here’s pics
Ok so I’ve got some work done on a couple champions and some characters. I’m pretty happy with how these guys turned out. I’ve got 2 marauder champions, a Nurgle sorcerer conversion, Wulfrik, and Archaon on foot. I think I’m finally happy enough with my colour scheme that I feel confident enough to tackle my core units now. I’ve given them all a sick, pale looking skin colour, I think it looks pretty Nurgly (on the low end of the scale :P) especially compared to the normal skin colour bits on these guys. Tell me what you think!
Before I get too far ahead of myself, there a few minor details to finish up on a couple of these guys, but they’re mostly finished And here he is, the Grand Master of Not-givin-a-F%$K, Archaon, Lord of the End Times!
