Don't know if you realize that you can save some points. With the Obsidian Amulet & Enchanted Shield you end up with the same result, but sparing 15pts & retaining your 5+ Ward save vs fire.

Well, after a bunch of games I’ve pretty much settled on:
Prophet with Enchanted Shield, Talisman of Endurance, Crown of Command and Earthing Rod.
Castellan BSB with Dragonhelm, shield and Dawnstone.
Daemonsmith with Charmed Shield and Dispel Scroll
Khan on wolf with Terrifying Mask of Eee: very handy when engaging fear-causing war machine hunters as it means he takes no Fear tests, and also allows him to chase off enemy chaff with terror tests.
