So I’m joining a league where your list gains 100 points for a loss and loses 100 points for a win.  Starting value is 2500.  I wanted to test out some different character builds and different army comp.

So list two performed much better than list one.  I played Wood Elves at 2300 and I had 2600 points.  I had him outgunned, and things started well.  

That said, I still lost which is maddening.  My warmachines have completely failed me lately.  I had 6 chances to kill off his lvl 4 and 2 heroes (including his bsb) and rolled 6 straights ones on the to-wound roll.  Unbelievable.  I’m going to meltdown my dice as a sacrafice to Hashut, and find some new ones.  I ended up losing by 500~ victory points. It was a ton of fun to play.

I started batreps, but when I saved the draft it didn’t work and now I’d have to re-write everything, and I’m a bit frustrated.  I’ll try to go back and at least write up some short summaries, but needless to say I’m at 2700 points going into the next round and I’m going to try and bring the pain.

It will run for several months, and the player with the most points gets to challenge whoever. The overall win will go to the player with the fewest points/most victories at the end.
