Abecedar:
Very nice.
But don’t hold your farts in or your face goes blue
Sjoerdo:
I can finally see the pictures, lovely minis and great paint slapping!
Pappa Midnight:
I’m loving the old school style CDs and your paint jobs really do them justice. Lovely.

TheHoodedMan:
Thank you guys, really appreciate your comments and I am ready to receive constructive criticism as well :hat off.
I am going to post only with new content (be it pictures or text) in my own projects, so here are the two next models. One champion of Nurgle and one chaos warrior, which I dedicated to the Blood God.
I like this miniatures so much, even if sometimes the proportions seem a little “false”.
It is like the Japanese art principle “Wabi-Sabi” (Perfection in Imperfection). I try to translate: "It nourishes which is authentic and holds three simple truths: Nothing stays forever, nothing is ever finished and nothing is perfect. Limit everything to the essential, but do not remove the poetic. Hold everything clean and without burden, but take care to not make it sterile."
I hope I delivered the message. For me this is true with a lot of these old models, especially for the MM90s. Maybe this is why I like them so much.

Willmark:
Very old school and proper oldhammer, we?Tll done!
TheHoodedMan:
The project has hooked me at the moment.
I painted another warrior, this one strives for Slaaneshs favor especially.
Another one is on my painting table already and I could make some progress on my standard bearer:

Uther the unhinged:
I can see why you are hooked. They are lovely and the paint job suits them perfectly
TheHoodedMan:
Thank you.
Some new content - finished 3 further warriors (shields and tufts missing):
:cheers
Malorndk:
Yeah baby! Colors!!!
Im always happy seeing crisp, striking and clean colors <3
Admiral:
Great work all round, Hood! Lovely banner top and nice painting. That Chaos Warrior trying to pass himself off as an Orc is funny.
TheHoodedMan:
Hi there, banner is making progress, shortened it a bit.
I am not very skilled, so I hope it will turn out someway good.
In the meantime I painted the second of my knights. I know these guys are not every one`s cup of tea but I love the unique designs.
edit: Maybe a shift of this thread to off topic would make more sense; I will paint some MM90s in the next weeks, but the majority of the models in the collection is “non-chaos-dwarf” atm.:cheers
Threadbare:
Great stuff, can’t wait for more.
Abecedar:
Love them. Gorgeous old models
TheHoodedMan:
Thank you:cheers.
My first try on a standard bearer is also finished:

Sorry, have difficulting at turning the pics the right way :-(.
Willmark:
FIRST OFF: These are great and awesome minis, with very good paint jobs.
Second, not very chaos dwarf(ish) however. Really this belongs in the Off-Topic section.

TheHoodedMan:
Thx Willmark !
Yes, you are right. The army developed relatively fast from a MM90s-centred lot to a more broader roster. So I was already in communication with Admiral to move it to off topic.
TheHoodedMan:
Despite of this: Here is a new MM90 :cheers (and a Champion of Khorne). Slowly the painted figures turn into a small warband.
And fellow hobbyist Zanko complained about my banner looking to “new”. So I did something about that (and after taking the pic I punched some more holes in) :hat off
Admiral:
Very nice overall! And the banner looks much better now. That Khorne champion’s tail is an ingenious part of the sculpt.
AtomTaylor:
Lovely work, really dig those old miniatures too.
