[Archive] Female Chaos Dwarf

Agalstrax:

I´d like to present a last conversion before I´m going to start my army blog.

While I prepared for my arriving chaos dwarfs I searched for models fitting to a slave regiment, bodys for bull centaurs and other usefull stuff …

I found her:

She´s got:

- a hat

- a hammer

- “big bones”

- an armor

but she ist to tall and her hair not curly enough.

A cut here … some greenstuff there … and:

To compare her “new” hight:

Jeah, the painting is awfull but during her conversion I got my cd-army so I had to hurry.

So prepare for something more serious in the army blogs

cornixt:

What will you do about her left arm?

vulcanologist:

Is she not going to have a beard!?!

Zanko:

Very cool conversion - the only aspect to criticize are the feet, they look much to big!

A bit less will be more - imo!

Despite this minor aspect great idea and work! :hat off

                     :hashut

Agalstrax:

Well, first thank you

her left arm (I nearly forgot) includes a magnet.

I thought she might have a shield, or a battle standart, or a second hand weapon …

Maybe I “repair” her painting in the future and use her as a kastellan.

Kera foehunter:

Cool idea to start your army

Need a bigger hat

Hashutcopper:

Nice needs a bigger hat

Abecedar:

please ignore the fashionista brigade’s comments about bigger hats

furrie:

I agree that hats are to small

Agalstrax:

Well … ´bout the hat … :hat off

My army is based on mantic miniatures.

With a big hat (to look good, it has to get as wide as high) she would look to special.

But I´m quite good in painting on my graphic-tablet. If I´ll get some free seconds next days I´ll try it digital.

Here it is …

(all changes just digital :))

furrie:

I think the hat needs to be thinner, now its a bit to fat

Agalstrax:

there is a small barrier to be to thin and to look not “big hat” enough …

Admiral:

Nice conversion, it works surprisingly well since the Mordheim model is pretty round.

Kera foehunter:

Taller and thinner but the design of it is perfect
