I’ve just had a chat with Steve Whitehead who is in the process of sculpting a K’Daai Destroyer.
He is doing this in his free time as a Freelance piece he expects to finish it in a couple of months but doesn’t think we’ll see it for sale for at least 6 months.
He seems to be extremely enthusiastic about the project and was genuinely pleased to talk about it. He did say that there are no Hobgoblins in the pipeline as things stand right now but did talk about a conversion he’s seen with a skaven stormvermin on the back of the new wolves and suggested that would be a great place to start from. Now I wonder where he got that idea 
Edgar has finished the Fireborn and is working on the Bull Centaurs which are a lot bulkier and more “bull like” than the current incarnation also about 6 months away.
Once these three releases are complete this will be it for Chaos Dwarfs for quite a while as the staff move on to other projects
I can’t remember who asked but I also had a chat with Tamila Fox about the unused CD background. She said she doesn’t have it as she is currently working on the next book The Battle of Black Fire Pass (Orcs, Dwarfs and Empire)

P.S. Steve Whitehead did say that the destroyer will be massive and will be closer in concept to the artwork in Monstrous Arcana than the Tamurkhan book

Good news that we have a K’daai Destroyer inc.
The K’daai fireborn is aslo a great and large model for a 40mm X 40mm base :).
It looks super i like it.
