I would like a new inventions theme thing, just to see what people would come up with ( and ofc. a thread including rules for the machines they invented ) could be a good motivation for people to think outside of the box and for armybookmakers to spot some new " hot ideas" to add to the books? (and then I could maybe be entering aswell if I have time for it :3 really like it when I can go all the way the other way so to speak ;P) well I’ll be watching this one closely for it might get interresting
And I just love the idea of GH anyway so no matter what the theme is, I’ll enjoy joining or checking it all out from the sideline :3
Well, I still have one which needs painting and base finishing :3 and maybe I’ll create a second one? Would be a cool theme, because it forces me to paint him
Did we have unit fillers already? This would allow everyone to a) bolster their ranks b) use whichever core unit they want and c) make it as standard or as exotic as they’s like them to be. :hat
EDIT: oh, so the decision has already been made? Aw well…
And it is a Sorcerer, a Sorcerer on foot. Xander announced it in the Podcast. It will run until 28th of Febuary 2010.
What we don’t know are if there is any restrictions. Like, could he have mechanical legs or would that be counted as a mount? And hopefully they will allow us to use some kind of display base - like 30 or even 40mm round bases.
Don’t know why we haven’t see the GH XI thread yet - but it can’t be long.
Can it be something I just finished painting? or does it have to be something I need to work on once the announcement is made… I just painted my Vay’Durr piece…

As far as i know it has to be something that you have done since the theme has been announced or is still very wip. It also has to be kept annonymous if possible.
GH is a pretty tough competition and a single figure can be one of the most challenging things to do. I think I’ll build mine in 1/8th scale and see what happens! LOL!
