Just not the mini kind 
spent the whole day ripping out carpet in our bedroom and painting. For those not in the know, ripping out carpet requires getting the 5 billion staples that are used to secure said carpet. In short my hands ache.

I have that to look forward to soon when i get in to my new place, worst bit is when you step on one of the carpet grips

Yeah I got a few nicks and cuts on my hands, over on this side of the pond its called tack-board.

not good you getting new carpet or going for a nice hard wood floor ?
Willmark:
Hardwoods were underneath. The dumb-asses decided to put carpet over the hardwoods… Doesn’t matter really as we are getting ready to move in the next few months hopefully. the one downside is the previous homeowners who put in the carpet dribbled paint all over the hardwoods prior to putting the carpet down. Joy.

What carpet over hard wood floors x.x and i bet the paint is in a place you cant cover it up easy with a chair or something like that till you can sell
