Does the Great Taurus/ Bale Taurus/Cinderbreath monster have an armour save of it’s own? I know it should confer an armour save onto a character riding it but it doesn’t have it’s own armour profile listed in the Tamurkhan book.

It gives the rider +1 armour save because it’s a mount, but it has no save of its own. The Blazing Body rule replaces the 4+ armour save it had in previous editions of the game.

No armour save unfortunately.
Blazing Body being his “armour”
(-1 To Wound for non-magical attacks).
And Fuelled by Fire being his “Regen”.
(regains D3 wounds if targeted by the Lore of Fire).
Personally I believe they should have the 2+ Ward vs. Flaming attacks.
& the Fuelled by Fire rule should also have the Lore of Hashut affect it too.
