I saw a Santa picture at the weekend that looked just like a CD. Big hat, red clothes, curly beard. I wish I'd taken a photo.

Excellent idea, because everyone should celebrate "Christmas"! So yeah, let's out them for their religious differences - why shouldn't they subscribe to Christian values. Why not?

I think you’re missing the point of the poll GRNDL…  The question asks if you would like to receive a slave for the holiday season, not whether you are christian or not.  You can do one with or without the other and in most countries Christmas Day is a bank holiday (so regardless of whether you worship christianity or not it’s still a holiday).

That was what my post was about above.

My point exactly.

Don't get hung up on the name, a substantial part of world celebrate Christmas without the "Christ" part, some celebrate the "Crist" part but does not include that in the name of the holiday.

I think that Ye Olde Anglo-Saxon rendition of what we call the holiday would be "Yule". Some celebrate the birth of Christ, most just like to give/get presents and be with family. But we all get a couple of days off work!
