Not much wrong with the list really, although you might find yourself outdeployed and outmaneouvred. Could be worth swapping the second Magma cannon for a Khan on Wolf or two.
I would also rather have the Razor standard than the War Banner but that’s down to personal preference really as they’re both decent.
I’d take two deathshriekers over two magma cannons, especially against squishy elves. That should free up enough points for a unit of wolf raiders of a khan on a wolf. Drop the warbanner and you’ve enough for a unit of 20 hobgoblins.
Just watch out for the character on a steed or pegasus - he’s probably got the dragonhelm and will hold up your destroyer all game.
iv playd him b4 he just has elvs on foot but has about 5 asassins wich are a nightmair i playd him the other week and took the same lords heros with 20 gobbos and 3 bulls and anuther daemonsmith and the war matchines were hell cannon and magma cannon did really well killing all but 10 models but hes a torny player and just spent the last 2 turns pretty much running away or hideing from everything so didnt acctually kill any units but was just a lurning curve as this was my 1st propper game with my dwarfs and have only 8 or so games of 8th under my belt but hopefully will have him with this list

Any idea what army you might be facing?
MLP
I was wondering, you said to swap for a Khan because you might be outdeployed, but a Khan is a hero right? I am pretty new to the game, but wouldn't he have to be deployed with all the other heroes/lords at the end?
Does that mean it would be better to take normal hobo wolf raiders?
Sorry if my question is dumb or I misunderstood what you meant... that's why I asked u.u

Definitely not a dumb question. MLP probably meant the Khan as a way to help against being outmaneouvered. Wolf raiders help against being outdeployed.

That's exactly what I meant :)
The issue with your list is you essentially have only three drops(+characters). At 2000 points most armies will have double or even tripple that! So to be fair you could argue that you will always be outdeployed.
Hobgoblin Wolf Raiders and Khans can both perform similar roles once the game has started bu do have some differences. Mainly that Wolf Raiders are good for their vanguard move and a flank charge, but suffer animosity. The Wolf Khan is better for specialised roles like war machine hunting or killing skirmishers.
i find a small list to do well against bigger armys as i usualy just atack from one flank and chuck every thing in to 1 may b 2 units at a time but that is with my daemons and not m3 dwarfs any way im off to play the game ill let you know how it goes
You could always swap out blunderbusses and a magma cannon for a big unit of K’daii Fireborn. Those chew through elves (and Assassins) pretty well! Plus that would give you an extra deployment.
It may be worth it to try an MSU style and go with 2-3 small units of blunderbuss Infernal Guard, This will give more drops and can give you more of a threat area to dictate your opponents movement.
This is the sort of army that can really make the Destroyer shine or a liability, it may be worth it to take a Iron Deamon or Skull Cracker to the party to hold up/ grind a way units (either murder T3 armies).
The Naphta Bomb, fireglaive units might be worth considering as well as it will make stand and shoot reactions short range for the majority of the unit and have them wound on 2s. Plus a 3" S3 template is not to shabby at all vs a T3 army.
