Hi All!  I love my Chaos Dwarf army and have been real interested in the new Forge World work.  We have been working on our own little line of Hobgoblins, the first of which is going into production.  Hopefully our website and all will be up in the next couple weeks where we can show off the new greens moving toward production as well- all Hobgoblins in the near future for those interested!

This Hobgoblin Chieftain was influenced by older Adrian Smith artwork as well as Mongol and Chinese influence, as someone here previously mentioned.

Decided on a light blue to blue-green mix for skin-

our world design isn’t exactly how GW sees hobgoblins I know!

These are heroic scale, and are man size-

so 32mm foot to eye.

Not saying it is an exact fit for CD players, but we thought there would be interest in this crowd.

This is a fine miniature.

Maybe it’s just me, though, but he just seems to have too good–or too human–of a posture for one of the CD hobgoblins. I guess I was looking for someone bowlegged with limbs at odd angles, a crooked back and a head that hung so low that it looked like it was coming right out of his chest. Perhaps this guy has some human blood in him?

Pricing should be $6 US for the Chieftain, with the 4 packs of foot coming in around $13 US.

Hoping to set this price point with our distributor- but it shouldn’t be any higher than this.

why are there so many mini makers on this site with no website?

Our web designer took a job with Microsoft as an art director and making a ton more money- but left us in a bit of a lurch-

Anyway- we have a placemarker site up at www.hodaggames.com today.

I have this Hobgoblin available now- got the lead here and just needs to be put in bags or blisters.

The next masters of the upcoming hobgoblin archers are arriving soon I hope for approval and then those should be available soon.

We are going to be at Adepticon this week- so this guy will be part of a CD army during the Team Tournament- so stop on by if you are interested!
