Not being much of a gamer, I tend to get rid of my armies when they get ‘ugly’ compared to my newer stuff. I think I’ve had most of the armies available at some point but now my wife demands some room in the house to do washing and ironing and cooking etc…[recieve slap round the chops from long haired chief of staff]. So I’m limited now to just
All of them with at least 2500 points except Ogres (never saw the point and was pissed they were produced instead of CD)
about 15k CD
over 20k dwarfs including all the special chars (even the oop ones including Borax Bloodaxe who was the inspiration for Joergen Bloodaxe :P)
40k
2500 pts converted CD as iron warriors
1500 pts imperial legion
BFG forget how many points in chaos fleet.
Warmaster
Dwarfs
Elves

Mordheim

(ok, so I admit, I have an entire 15x25 room devoted to gaming that houses the literal ton or so of minis. I have an excuse… I did outrider stuff and owned a gamestore for quite some time. Ok maybe not a very good excuse, but that’s my story and I’m sticking to it!.. :P)
About quarter of my garage has Warhammer stuff in it, about 1/16th of my living room does and there is some in my room as well. Put simply, more than I can count…
Parts to make 1,000 points of Witch Hunters that I haven’t gotten round to sorting out yet.
Epic:
Dark Angels (2,000ish points)
Orks (1,500ish points)
Mordheim:
Skaven Warband
Witch Hunters Warband
BFG:
Just the stuff from the box
It may not seem like much, especially since I’ve been collecting for about 10 years (with a break of a couple of years in the middle), but most of my old stuff is just totally unsalvageable, so I have the remnants of a decent sized Blood Angels and Ork army hanging around somewhere, as well as all the random bits and pieces one accumulates that don’t constitute an “army”, but fill up several bitz boxes. Much of my current collection consists of individual figures too.
I don’t want to fall afoul of the OP’s “mine is bigger” category… But I’ve admittedly been buying and collecting GW minis for longer than some of our erstwhile members have been alive…
On that front…lets see
My first army was Undead. I’ve also added many undead armies over the years. adding up points isn’t something I’ve done but I do know that I have 4 different 4,000 pt armies of undead (painted at different times)
I then bought and painted just about everything under the sun…not all up to the same quality perhaps…but I was young once…
