Aside from CD I would probably release a campaign/ supplement book the equivalent of a planetary assualt, with stuff on sieges, city fighting and campaigns all interlinked with a narative etc. It would primarily be done for the Empire but would include plenty of ideas for all armies. Basically update general’s compendium with a common narrative.
