[Archive] If you only knew the power of the editor

Found this today, from White Dwarf 77:

Note the first letter of each subheading. Bryan Ansell founded Citadel Miniatures, amongst other things GW related. The editor was annoyed at him for trying to make changes to WD. Think about it before you annoy Willmark :stuck_out_tongue:

Anonymouse:

Am I blind or do I just miss the point? My guess is both but what am I missing?

Pyro Stick:

If you read the first letter of each sub heading it spells Sod Off Bryan Ansell

snowblizz:

LOL!

Absolutely brilliant.

World is full of these little Easter eggs. Never heard of this before.

cornixt:

I had no idea about it either. Then I looked Bryan up on wikipedia and the story of it takes up half of his entry!

nitroglysarine:

Ha, brilliant!

This message was automatically appended because it was too short.

Necrotique:

What’s the story between them? Never heard of it before but nevertheless brilliant :stuck_out_tongue:

:cheers

Pyro Stick
Oh yes, now I see it! Sheesh, would never have found it if you haden't told me :)

Nazhur:

LOL, that was bloody brilliant  I love this kind of jokes

saearath:

Classic love it!! It reminds me of a whole string of white dwarfs that in the credit section that nobody ever reads, thanks was often given to crazy antics of the gobbos in attic, and the skaven assassins that help the team motivated etc. etc.

cornixt:

Here is a similar one from James May of Top Gear, although I heard about this ages ago:

nitroglysarine:

Ha James May is a legend.

Bolg:

I once saw a picture of a chat message, every first word of the sentence read together became the lyrics of never gonna give you up… that one way of rickrolling…
