Can the Infernal Ironsworn take the Razor standard? I am currently a bit confused on how magic banners work next to their Enscrolled Weapon.

Yes They can!
Strength 4 + Weapon +1 = Strength 5 add Razer = -3 armor save

A big points sink, How big are the games you play? Anything under 2400 and you might have a population issue

Probably. They are far from competetive but I play my CDs extremely soft in favor of fluff. I like the idea of elite warriors so here they are, blades gleaming.

Anyone able to break or destroy that ironsworn unit deserves it. Stubborn, re-rolls and going through armor like a hot knife through butter.
Combine it with breath of hatred and ash storm - they’ll eat anything.

I think it was mentioned in the White Dwarf Army book that slaves outnumbered the actual Chaos Dwarves hundreds to one. Therefore it makes sense to me that they should form the bulk of the army (at least numbers wise)...

So slaves and hoblins grind the enemy down, and the CDs only march in when the battle is allready won.
But for my own armyfluff, the goblins don't make sense yet.
