I am Da Crusha, I’ve been playing warhammer since I was 12 or 13 and I am now 26. My collection of minis is well over a thousand, I have mostly dwarfs and Vampire counts, some lizzies, 3rd Ed. Bloodbowl and Tau. More recently I have been collecting the marauder range of chaos dwarfs and began collecting them about 8 months ago, I Have just over a hundred now. I also have tons of gnoblars, that I’ll be using as hobgoblins. I am a welder, I work with molten metal which brings me closer to hashut.:hat
I live in the lovely town Essen, it´s part of the “Ruhrgebiet” in the western part of Germany.
My first contact to miniatures was about 1986. Warhammer wasn´t the only Company which made cool miniatures, also Grenadier made great miniatures during this time - especially the dwarfs made by Nick Lund and the fantastic Goblin-Giant!
At this time my favourite army was my “Dwarf-Army”, followed by the “Melniboner-Army” (now the Melniboner were part of my Darkelf-Army). The Chaosdwarfs were part of my “normal” Dwarf-Army. After some years and some more models, the Chaosdwarfs became the status a “real” army.
In contrast to the most other Chaosdwarf players I love my old 3.rd Edition (I think they are of the 3rd edition but I´m not sure) Chaosdwarfs and there warmachines like the juggernaut, the tenderiser and the whirlwind and not the later Chaosdwarfs with the tall hats … :o)
I´m not playing very often, my last game was in 2004 I belive …, and I´m not the best painter.
In the last years I´m searching via eBay and Internet for new models, because of my 3 year old son I have currently not much time and possibility to paint.
However I have some plans to enlarge my beloved Chaosdwarfs …!!!
I agree! I don´t believe that all COD members will fit in my home :o)
Nonetheless we could meet next year at the “Spiel” here in Essen …
But I believe that my children can have a lot of fun with your new minis and boardgames …
And… I thiink I´m too old to stay a hole day at the “Spiel” and my (hopefully) new Boss will also have several problems with such a working morale :o) !!!
Hi Borador and welcome to the wonderful world of CD and how eles can I pronouce your name?
So how did you come to collecting CD?

I came to collecting CD because I saw Xander on YouTube, and I like converting so there you have it :P
Im Radagast the Brown and saw this site while looking for chaos dwarf pictures, i like the website it looks fantastic
i play the three main games of games workshop but i am mainly a house rules maker (as seen on many forums)
i am currently making rules for chaos dwarves and also i decided on making a new backstory with mine, setting it at the current state of affairs when a new hero (more like villain) appears on the scene, which changes the chaos dwarf hierachy forever (maybe :P)
