What most of the anecdotal evidence in this thread actually goes to show is that there is no "GW ruling" about this issue and that, as ever, store managers and tournament organisers will set their own rules about what is and isn't allowed on their watch.A wise man once said "the plural of anecdotal is not data".

Additionally I rarely worry about playing at stores as the kind of people that play at stores (for the most part) are annoying gits.
