Also acting is not the top notch quality but, well, it's ab amatorial, 27.000 Euros budget movie! :o
Really darker and grittier than "classic" STar Wars movie with obviuos references to other classics like Alien or Dune.....
Now I'm going to watch Part 01 (actually the first super-low budget movie).

Just finished to watch Episode 1. Even cooler than Episode 0
Special efects are really simple and basics but the ideas are great. In some situations it really reminded me Dune… and Dune is one of my favourite sci-fi movies ever

Never have I enjoyed more a movie. Specially thinking about those brave actors tryibng to entretain their fellow turks with no budget.

I saw the big fan-made Star Wars that was done about ten years ago. The graphics were great, the acting and plot were pretty bad. Actually, that sounds a lot like episodes 1-3! I remember it being vaguely about the sith and it was before Phantom Menace came out, which nullified a lot of the ideas they came up with.

First ten minutes watched. It looks a lot better than one would expect, although I think more of 40k than Star Wars when watching it.
Full movie watched. It was good, much better than a lot of high budget stuff that I’ve seen.

Watched the whole thing. Pretty illogical here and there and the overall story arc does not make much sense to me, but the F/X are good and the acting is pretty decent for such a low-budget movie. Can’t say I found it a waste of my time!
