The plan is to stick the Daemonsmith with the Dreadquake and Deathshrieker for rerolls, the BSB joins the Infernal Guard and holds the line while the Fireborn and Bullcentaurs take one flank each. I can’t imagine this list to be very competative and there’s very few models but it will allow me to finally start playing some games soon!

Daemonsmith can’t cast ashstorm, doesn’t have acces to lore og hashut.
Maybe drop the greatweapons and free up a lot of points. They still pack a nice punch at strength 4, Nd the parry save keep them alive.
Go to 24 or 19 guys. They have a castellan and are stubborn. It’s a lot of points to pay for being steadfast. I always go 23 or 24.
Get some wardsaves of those heroes. Protect in challenges and against misfire. Fit a dispelscroll in there.

Depending on your gaming environment you could ask for permission to use lore of hashut.
But I would go with lore of fire. Seeing that he'll stand alone with the warmachines a fireball has the most range.

Thanks :) I removed the charmed shield, moved the luckstone down to the Castellan and snatched his talisman of preservation again to add another bullcentaur and bump that unit up from 4 to 5. Might be a dumb move but the unit would feel incomplete otherwise :~
