Kered:

I got some plasticard today and have made a shield and gw. I’v decided not to do any more work on the mask or I will never finish.

sorry for the bad photo.

(42nd post it must be a sign.)

Bolg:

Yes you life until now was all about that last post you just made (; (I love HttG references)

I really like the new shield! wonder how it will look on the dwarf (:

Anonymouse:

Don’t like the shield: it’s too angular and rough for dwarfs, even CD. The axe though: whooooo-eeee  Looking VERY nice

Lord maklai:

Great work so far, your skills are awesome! Any advice to an amateur sculptor who keeps bothering other people for sculpting tips would be extremely appreciated:~ Yes that’s just about all i seem to say these days:P

Kered:

Anonymouse: I may make several different shield designs and pick the best.

Lord maklai: This is the first thing I done proper sculpting with so any skills I learn are from doing this project. I would suggest building up slowly and never try to sculpt too much at once, Using a cork the hold your sculpt is very important to stop you from accidentally smudging your work.(or at least I find it useful)If any one would like me to explain or make a tutorial for how I sculpted a part let me know.

Lord maklai:

If this is your first proper sculpt? Then you should be damn proud of yourself! Its awesome! And no i am certainly

Kered:

Just a small update, I’v made three different shield designs for my chaos dwarf.

These are only basic mockups but please tell me which one you prefer and any other criticisms and suggestions.

Rhazzouth:

The first by the left it’s the best for me.

Others are rare, but that reflect the industry of chaos dwarves.

Your sculpt is good…

:hat off

Nicodemus:

I agree, first shield on the left. rubs hands eagerly … it’s looking good.

Kered:

The great weapon and shield. I’m now working on the arms.

Do you think I should have the shield arm attached to the body?

Loki:

Great work with the gs, he looks awesome, keep up the good work, also looking forward to seeing him painted

Kered:

A lot of progress made recently. He now has arms and has bulked out.

Note that the pattern on the shield matches the great axe.

No shoulder pad can be too big!

I’m really close to finishing now, I want to cast him afterwords so I’m not sure if I will be able to paint him then cast him.(I seems that the quality of my photos gradually gets worse as it goes down.:stuck_out_tongue: )

Loki:

Great work, that arm is looking really good much more dwarf like
