Does the killing fire lore attribute (for those who don’t know it or cant remember it is +d3 to casting rolls of DD or MM if target unit is flammable) get triggered on units that have had ash storm cast upon them as this makes them flammable but the RAW says that Ash storm makes models count as flammable whereas the killing fire rule states that models with the flammable universal special rule get affected.
cornixt:
If they count as flammable then they have the flammable special rule. There is no “only has magical flammable, so it’s not proper flammable”

Exactly. That's what makes the Ash Storm/Flames of Azgorh combo so deadly. First make the target unit flammable with Ash Storm (not to mention the fact that the unit can no longer march or charge), then follow that up with Flames of Azgorh that causes S6 D6 wounds (doubled because they're flammable) and you get a D3 boost to your spell role. Ogres and Troll units hate this almost as much as Purple Sun.

I figured it would work but wasn’t sure cos of the wording and it isn’t mentioned in the FAQ
