I don’t know if this has been covered before but I only just found out that Raging Heroes have reintroduced their “Sphinx” cough La- cough cough -massu. Ahem

head for their stunning Manticore model. I ordered the shit out of it moments ago and am stoked to see the return of such a dynamic and interesting sculpt.

The question now being… How to get a Sorceror Prophet on top…

I’m thinking of ordering another Chaos heroes pack from FW and going to town with green stuff

Any other favoured models or Lamassu conversions out there??



Could also make for a K’Daai destroyer head looking at it now…

I see that they’ve adjusted it to ward off GW. His nose ring is gone, and his teeth have decreased in size. And he now has a bushy moustache!

I was looking at doing this myself. I have a question about the Manticore. Is the rider sculpted on the monut or is it a seprate piece?

Man, it’s been forever since I posted, but I’m back from being buried in coursework.

I used the Shedu head on my Bale-Taurus-cum-Lamassu conversion. Had to sculpt the hair/hands, but turned out alright.

Warning: It’s probably too small a head for the Kdaii Destroyer.

thanks herby but I was talking about his lammasu conversion. the last time I saw it, it was just in the assembly stages.
