Check near the Bottom… It looks like a twisted mirror of CDO’s Chaos Dwarf Discussion… LOL Instead of using RaW to Support the arguement for an advantage he was using Fluff and sense to support the possible advantage. Hrm.
I thought I would point this link out to the few who may have been thinking the Staff was out of Line on the topic locking.
I totally support the Staff here for whatever they do… They took a large membership of very “Set in their way” players and formed a great site from the difference of Ideas, Unlike their Predecessors. This Site represents the Pinnicale of what a Warhammer board should be. One member bringing up an issue with that shouldnt change that.
The above statement was brought on by someone asking me if I thought the staff was out of line… Theres the answer!
To Che,
“OUR CRUISERS CAN’T WITHSTAND STUBBORNESS OF THIS MAGNITUDE!!!” - Admiral Ackbar
Your welcome here always, As has been said we have differing opinions. But thats what makes society great.
Being as this is again bringing up a locked topic… If its opening an old wound, Mod or Admins please delete it. I have no problem with staff keeping their boards under control.
Could we please drop this !! who right or who not doesn't matter !!
the point is it over !!
thanks kera

I wasn't addressing who was right or wrong as one can play warhammer as they choose, I was making the point that the Moderators and Administrators of the board were well within their right to lock the posts which are simply becoming rambling. I mean its not good to have a topic with 120 posts and grown and having the same 2 or 3 posts looping until doomsday. it just becomes a waste of space that nobody wants to deal with. I mean there comes a time when an arguement is no longer productive and become parasitic.
One PERFECT example was the good ol' Daemonic Mask VS Non-Daemonic Big Hat Debate that consisted of over half of the "Hand of Hashut" board. It ultimately became its demise as the Founder wouldn't put a stopper in it and let it fester until the site fragmented. Luckly some of those members namely Xander, Cornixt and Grimstonefire founded this site and brought it back together and keep it together by doing right by the community.
But, as Kera has said, we let sleeping dogs lie about the whole right or wrong issue.
I locked the thread as I felt it was becoming too close to a flame war and without anything coming of it and the second was locked for similar reasons. It;s a shame he left, but he did and there’s nothing we can do to change that.
Even though this may not be intended to harm, it would still hurt to find this if he comes back. So no more talking behind peoples backs lads! The Inquisition gets grumpy!
it even more ironic. That people are posting what people are saying on another site to be posted here to take up space. To talk how to make more post of posting by being lock out. To causing a fight to be lock out and then do a cencor ship thead
the do a topic to say that there quitting to start the same crap over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER
SEE THIS GET ANNOYING Now you know why we need to stop!!
Che is welcome to come back right now and respond to anything on this thread. He’s not banned or anything.
@Kera: You seem to be getting a bit upset, but people have a right to speak about the issue. If you don’t want to be invloved in it, then just don’t post. But try not to make other people feel bad for wanting to discuss what happened, okay? Thanks.
I didn’t found this site. It was going for a month or so before I joined, and I wasn’t sure I had the time to use it or that it was going to head in a good direction. I am happy to be a big part of it now
When I joined my first internet sites, I got into a few silly arguments about everything and nothing. Sometimes a disagreement seems like an attack, and sometimes you are stupid enough to respond to an attack rather than taking the higher path. I never left those sites in a huff, I apologised because it takes two to argue, even if I thought I was right at the time. I remained on those sites for a long time and settled in, becoming good friends with the very people I argued with. Even now I sometimes find myself drawn in to doing the same things over again (not on gaming sites though), but I have learnt to accept that some people will always disagree, even with facts, so you just have to walk away or restrain yourself. If you can’t do that then you’ll bang heads everywhere you go, and that hurts you far more than anyone else. Anyone who has the exact same thing happen to them twice in as many months should recognise that they need to re-evaluate their approach to things. Che is welcome to come back, a newbie who doesn’t make mistakes isn’t trying enough!
Although I find this funny (no affense) I think it is a tad bit crule Che didn’t seem to understand the differences between an argument and a heated disscussion
so I’m not going to say please lock this thread just can you go a bit easier on him. OK
Much as this was an interesting find it should not be a feature of our forum that we have threads like this.
The way we present ourselves will be seen by newer members and/ or lurkers, who may discuss our community on other forums.
All the fuss with Che but he may still come back, he is not a banned member. So it would be rude and unfair of us to continue to openly criticise. No doubt he will be lurking from time to time. We all have to abide by the same rules.
Let’s just forget about this one please and move on.
