Its a fluffy tournament really and I have always thought that our true destructive power lands in our war machines.
DS for each magma and the shrieker
DS and IC in block
HG units either side
Hellcannon each flank (I dont mind it if they misfire to be honest)
Prophet can move to where he is needed.
Any ideas or thoughts please let me know I am eager to know what you think
I have used the above a few times now and turned enemy into paste before he really got to me.

Holy god that is a lot of accurate artillery.
Not really much to say here. It’ll do exactly what it’s designed to do; smash the shit out of opposing armies until they get to you, and even if they DO get to you, thirty Infernals should be able to mop up.
How do you plan to deal with things like Demigryphs, RAF or Empire inner circle deathstars? Given that you have a huge amount of anti-infantry, you may want to swap one Daemonsmith to Metal just to pick up the signature.

no BC’s or a Destroyer?..lose the banner of slavery and get something else(like the ironcurse icon, also add a magic banner to your IG’s(like razor standard or banner of eternal flame)

I've always wanted to do a "mad Bomber" crazed artillary demonsmith list

Didnt want to take the destroyer, its all I see with LOA at tournaments and I want to try to show we are more scary at other things... like templating the enemy to death :hat

If you have 300 points of SoM to spend, why not spend it on a Lamassu? Fluffy, interesting, neat, and better than just not spending the points.

A word of warning: You do know about the Dirty Dozen, yes? These are the 12 cheesiest lists as voted for by the other entrants, which will have to play each other for the first day. With 5 war machines and most people's misguided perception of CDs as broken, you run a high risk of being voted in (and reinforcing that image of CDs as broken), dooming you to playing against bent Skaven and Daemons all day Saturday. I got voted in with my Dwarfs last year and I only had 4 war machines at 3k... Just sayin'.
