I decided it was time to get painting my army and i thought why not blog it here on the CD site!
My army lists is in the list section.
I have started painting my Infernal Guard and am going with a dirty gold armour .
The characters are a work in progress but you get the idea
I love the sorcerer prophet conversion…cant wait to use him on the field of battle!
As soon as I finish the first unit i will post them up

The weapon changes work quite well. You said thats work in progress. I`d suggest to base the middle daemonsmith similar to the two others.
Maybe the S-P could be difficult to rank up because its weapon overlaps the base sideways.

Thank you…the SP is on the very right of the unit with a Hellcannon next to him…I have my units 6 wide so 4 ranks for the sword and board guys and 3 for the great weapon guys…good thought on the DS I will base him accordingly!

Very nice colours. Pretty standard in it’s gold and red colour scheme, but very deep and dark. Love it.
Great conversions too. I love the chaos axe, my castellan has one too. Is that a bannerpole or a staff?

I’d suggest not applying brown wash/ink to the fabric directly (unless that’s varnish), as it’s unnaturally shiny imo. You could mix it with a tiny bit of dark red and it would shade whilst not being quite so shiny.
Works very well on bronze.

Is the glowing glove the same colour all over to show massive power or darker on the back? to indicate power coming out

Ok here is an update…I have finished my first unit of 22 Infernals. The space at the front is the BSBs, i was not happy with him so i have taken his arms off and started again. I am really a bad photographer so sorry.
