If you dig through the background section here, I believe somewhere a couple of us speculated on oxen/bull drawn chariots for ceremonial purposes.
Overall though, I believe WH dwarfs are characterised as disliking riding and prefer having their feet on firm ground, so I think they’d prefer to ride on platforms rather than on saddles. As such they’d go for chariots, howdahs, Iron Daemons, carriages, etc. especially ones which are armoured and fortified that are essentially mobile forts

About that other company selling those alternative dwarves, meh. i Knew them but i just removed from my memory because i really dislike them.
The problem with CDs is that they like underground/vulcanos alike places so you cant really find something to ride on.
Might work with some sort of dino. But the steampunkish Mount would still be the best fit.
I have always like the west wind can esp the goats and the pigs.
With some cutting and a bit of green stuff I reckon those pigs could be converted into mini Bulls. Would also need some armour and mechanical upgrades but would be worth thinking about.
For whoever made them (You zanko?) the airship is the only one i really like, I thought some time ago to buy and convert a gyrocopter but in the end i didnt buy it
