i have always had people tell me to put beards on everything. how many people think I should put a beard on it? no beard? if it does get a beard it will not be the curly beards on big hat chaos dwarfs, it would be a "good dwarf "style beard. personally I think it looks fine without a beard but just for uniformity sake I was thinking about putting one on him.

I never realised the minotaur bodies were so huge! :o I may have to get one to make a daemon prince.
It is a very nice conversion, I’m impressed. Imo the width of the body is fine (with the addition of a plasticard/ black orc shield armour plate either side to cover the wing part).
It’s the size of the legs that looks strange. What I would do is drill and pin all the legs, then glue the wire down ontop of the base so that he is around 10mm taller. Then greenstuff some big hooves with metal spikes sticking out.

Yes, I think making the legs a little longer would help to balance out the lower body a bit. I wouldn’t make them too wide though.
