Hi, all. It is blog about my deamonic legion army project. Some time ago I started first unit - Daemonettes of Slaanesh. I used old Daemonette miniatures and several parts of new Daemonettes.

Very nice unit there! I like the different colours. Not much for slaanesh daemons normally, but this work pretty nicely.

Next miniature. It was unuits filler. I’ve been like this beauty from Andrea Miniatures. It is simply gorgeous. It was a good complement my unit of Daemonettes.

I don’t know how they compare size wise, but the Raging Heroes Mantis warriors would fit in well. They have upped the scale a bit and are working on the mouldings (as per kickstarter info).
I like the mix of models, it looks a lot more chaotic and you’ve got a good restricted palette there so tonally it all works.

Second step. It is my first Herald of Tzeentch [WIP]. I have used as the basis of the Vorenus miniature. I changed hands using parts from Pink Horrors of Tzeentch:

I like your idea to give the daemonettes a mini diorama theme, the subtle colour blush of pinky purple on the stone looks very nice, as if the presence of chaos is bleeding into the material world. Your choice of vibrant skin tones on the daemonettes is well executed, mix of colours reminds me of the Realm of Chaos era releases painted by heavy metal team except these are much nicer and far prettier. The new claws suit them, good call.
Never realised the Andrea Miniatures figure was so tall, looks good though.
Almost surprised the unit isnt six wide, but I suppose if you have another 5x5 unit later your breast can swell with pride to know you have honoured the dark prince tenfold, plus theres the option to have a scary 60 strong horde should the whims of the darkness take you there. One thing I wish the new daemonettes have, and thats a herald with a litter of six breasts like one of these metal miniatures has. I think this older generation has some of the most alluring and seductive sculpts.

I want to understand what will happen in the AoS with my favorite armies.
