Mind :
Hi guys, this is my first post on this forum. I decided to start my chaos dwarf army some weeks ago after watching all your wonderful conversions. So I shelved my old wooden army and began to work These are my first 2 blunderbusses, the primed one is the first I made, I’m still testing on him the painting scheme (he’s an heroic volunteer). The photos are really bad but i made them with the camera of my mobile phone so it’s more than i hoped. I will try to steal the digital camera of a friend as soon as possible:) :hat off (<-I love this)

maybe it looks very good, but i can’t really see very much, there is too much fog… or industrial smoke :hat off (<-- love him, too ^^)
Xander :
From what I can see it looks great! When you get that digital cam be sure to set the macro feature on! It’s the small flower icon.

It’s too bad that the pictures are blurry, but from what I can see it looks quite good! How do you make your big hats?

Looks great, but as the others have said the pictures aren’t really up to scratch.
Mind :
Ok I’ve got the camera so these are the new improved pictures. Now that they are so clear I can clearly see all my faults But I’m still proud of them, it was the first time I ever touched green stuff so i can only improve :hat off
Grimstonefire :
Now that is smooth sculpting.I’m impressed, as that sort of curved shape can be tricky to get even and smooth. I can’t really think of anything to add (shame as its my 100th) he’s well done, and it looks like good painting on its way!
Xander :
Very nice pics! Much better. Like Grim says, very smooth, nice work. Nice example of the buckler method.
catbarf :
What did you use as the basis for those hats? I mean, under all the putty?

Shhh don't tell anyone but it's just a piece of straw with a push pin on the top:0
:hat off

I love the hats!!
Really cool to see how one can start with very simple materials and end up with a great final result. And the blunderbuss is exactly the way I want to go as well with mine… once I start converting them, that is ^^
oboudd :
nice blunder buss
hope he kills something
