Gunnerson:

I would pitch the standard bearer from your BC unit. I would replace him with a Musician and Great Weapons. They should not be going into the front of any ranked up units, but hitting the flank or Rear of somthing one of your blocks is engaged with the GW hits should equal kills. The BCs should also be killing War machines and other chaff units. S4 attacks just wont net you many kills.
